At B. Ella Bridal we recommend coming with nude undergarments on and your hair and makeup how you feel most comfortable and confident. For some, that's no makeup, and for others that will be a full face. Our goal is for you to feel your best! Please refrain from wearing lipstick to your appointment. It can stain the dresses. 

At our boutique, we give you the option of being changed by your stylist or being in the fitting room by yourself, but please note that not all of the dresses will fit perfectly. Your stylist will need to help clip you into the gowns and will most likely see your undergarments. Most gowns will fit best without a bra on, so nipple covers often make brides feel more comfortable being changed by their stylist. 

We also recommend that you bring a hair tie or hair clip. Some styles will be best with your hair up and some with your hair down.

Trying on dresses can be hard work! Some fun things for your MOH or MOB to have in their bag are body spray and deodorant. 

Otherwise, come with an open mind and expect to have fun!

Our boutique is home to an extensive, ever-evolving collection of bridal gowns, and while we proudly feature the designers we carry, our full, up-to-date inventory isn't available to browse online. Because we don't carry every gown offered by each designer, our website is just a glimpse into the possibilities waiting for you in our boutique.

We believe finding the one is about so much more than a photograph. It's about seeing the details up close, feeling the fabrics, trying on different silhouettes, and discovering the little customizations that can transform a beautiful gown into your gown. At B. Ella, we invite you and your guests to explore our racks, while our stylists offer thoughtful guidance, share ideas, and help you envision the possibilities across designers and styles.

Have a few favorites in mind? We'd love to hear about them! If you've spotted gowns from one of our designers that have captured your heart, reach out by phone at (734) 459-0000, email, or text. Texting is an especially easy way to share screenshots of the gowns you love so our team can help guide you before your visit. Our messaging system receives texts in real time, and we typically respond within 24 hours.

To receive text messages from our team, please be sure to check the messaging consent box when booking your appointment. This also allows us to send helpful appointment confirmations, updates, and reminders.

 At B. Ella Bridal, we’re so happy to be part of your special moments! There is no fee to book an appointment with us, and we look forward to giving you a thoughtful, personalized experience every time you visit.

To help us reserve dedicated time for each guest and ensure our stylists are available to welcome you, we require a credit card on file for all appointments, including bridal, mother of the bride and groom, eveningwear and prom, accessories, and alterations.

A note about our no-show policy: A $50 fee will only be charged if you miss your scheduled appointment without arriving or notifying us. We do not charge a cancellation fee, and we understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer that time to another guest.

We have a large range of prices and a huge inventory at B. Ella Bridal, ranging from $1000-$10,000. The majority of our inventory will be between $1500-$4000.

We also have sample bridal gowns on sale in our back room. Prices start around $600 - $5,000.

At B. Ella Bridal, our greatest joy is helping you find something you absolutely love! Tips are always appreciated as a thoughtful gesture of gratitude, but they are never expected.

You may notice a gratuity prompt on our credit card machine at the beginning of your transaction. Please know there is absolutely no pressure to leave a tip, and we’re always happy to help you bypass this step if you prefer.

If you do choose to leave a tip, 100% goes directly to the stylist or seamstress who helped you during your visit.

Your happiness and confidence in what you choose are always our top priorities. We’re simply honored to be a little part of your special moments!

If you plan on ordering a dress, please count on the following timelines:

Bridal Gowns: 3-9 months. This time frame ranges on the designer and style of your gown.

Mother of the Bride/Groom: 2 Weeks - 6 months. Some dresses are in stock and can be brought in quickly, but most orders can take as along a bridal gown! Don't wait to shop so your options aren't limited.

PLEASE NOTE: We will always sell samples off-the-rack for Bridal and MOB/MOG if you are in a time crunch. 

At B. Ella Bridal, we believe the magic is in the details—and the perfect fit makes all the difference. We’re delighted to offer in-house alterations to help make your gown feel uniquely yours.

Please note that alterations are a separate service and are not included in the purchase price of your gown. While you’re always welcome to work with an alterations professional of your choice, we would be honored to be part of this special finishing touch, if our schedule allows.
